Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol). These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to 100% compliance with any and all FDA regulations. For those reasons, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD. If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or uses these products may provide. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

All of our products are tested for quality and all our of shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouses. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged by the shipping carrier. All claims for damaged product must be made within two business days of the package being delivered.
To report shipping damage, send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All shipping damage claims must include detailed information of the damage as well as photographic evidence.
We offer returns for any products purchased within the last 30 days. All requests for a return must be received within the 30 day window, starting from the day your order was delivered. Products that are opened and/or tampered with are not eligible for a return. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
